Activities today:
I met up with a teacher who just came back from Tibet Nepal today. She said, infact the energy abit messy. Although where we stay.... we are not suffering from any natural D. But we suffer from alot of stress and health issues. Especially , many sickness seems to surface.
Main purpose of this blog, is to motivate you to eat healthy and be positive since we cant change or control over certain things. But we can equip ourselves with knowledge, wisdom and compassion.
What happen to my Email:
In fact this month, I receive quite a number of health, cancer related email... Tell you, everyday see this email can be quite sad de. So normally I read noon time . Morning I do prayers.
What's wrong with the energy? I told you le, human development and morality is going backwards. So the balance of Yin and Yang... more or less not balance.
So if you can this group of readers, go plant more good deeds by doing more good. And let this goodness grow.
In fact sheep is power earth element and it is clash with ox another earth de, so when 2 earth clash, it cause serious earth quake and etc this is in Tong Shu see le can read many know de.... Not anyone predict de.
It also means stress max and many pattern from people, mental health if not in check may go bad, so at all times, when u have mental issues related friends or urself, do seek help from TCM and doctor also. Karmic energy also very fast thisyear. Example u do many good accumulate merits, but once lost temper all lost.
Health Issues:
This is a very common now, seems that many difficult to be happy or contented. Health like why keep having issues. Also many mental related problem also increasing.
Remedies:
1) First to alot of prayers, u need help yourself. Chant Cundi Mantra dedicate to your karmic debt also. Dedicaton in prayers very specific is good ok.
2) Donate medicine to people who need help. Sometimes , u see some elderly cant afford certain medicine, give a helping hand.
3) Protect yourself, sometimes do some sea salt, sandalwood scrub, and also surround yourself with positive people , also u can use essential oil like cypress, frankincense, 5 element oil, rosemary, eucalyptus... This are the few oil I use to increase energy auric. Black tourmaline wear more now for those who have.
4) Enter temple do some prayers and seat there 10mins, go temple dont rush. Go yourself, unless your friends dont mind wait for u. Thats why when I go temple, I live to go alone.
5) Touch some Buddhist Sutra and read a few lines a day.
6) Have more light healing energy at home, tell you now, Heng ball bring light to house. Increase the energy.
7) Use 5 element oil more it has basil in it and many herbs:

Set Up a simple Altar OR Mini Box at home
(Not everyone is convenient to set up altar, so we can set up our own mini Box)
This altar (like above), u can keep the items and put in drawer if not convenient. But when need to chant, u take out from box and chant. Light some incense if can. If not allow, at least clean your mouth wash hand before u chant. Every house have a energy place which is spiritual and good energy. If dont have set up one.
But if u stay with many people , not convenient, just set up a wooden power box.
My wooden power box have , buddha card, mala and crystal. When pray I just open box put the card and see the card and chant.
